凉拌面

把水煮开,放面下去.等面熟,倒掉水.用冷水给面降温.洒点蔴油,放稀释的花生酱,加少许生抽,再放上豆芽炒肉丝做浇头,一顿简单的午饭就成了.其实很想吃炒面的,不过觉得太油,会让我的跑步白跑.
